If you find it difficult to remember to drink water, create an alarm on your mobile phone. Set a few alarms to go off throughout the day and when one goes off drink a big glass of water. This might seem like overkill, but nothing snaps you back into a routine like a phone screaming at you to drink.
Bring a 2L bottle of water to work and try to drink it all before you leave. If you don’t finish it at work, aim to finish it before you eat dinner. Make it a daily challenge.
If you don’t like the taste of water, add a few slices of lime, lemon or orange to your water bottle for extra flavour.
